Code for your use

I have stuff which I'm ready to post, however I'm still working out the exact details of the license under which I will distribute it. Until such time as I'm satisfied with it, there won't be anything available.

  - At one point, I was going to offer some general-purpose data types, but the STL has long since reached the point that it fits this role very well. For general programming, you should use it instead of custom implementations with nonstandard interfaces.
